Cyber Security Litmus Test

High Level Evaluation of Your Cyber Security

Cyber security has become a core business issue and increasingly organisations are keen to understand their current cyber security exposure. The Cyber Security Litmus Test is Nicolson Bray’s base level review, giving organisations a high-level understanding of their cyber risk and highlighting areas that may require further investigation to ensure robust cyber security protection.

The Litmus Test is a high-level review of your cyber security defences, produced through reviewing documentation and interviewing key stakeholders in your organisation. It includes a high-level assessment of your governance, risk management, cyber security organisation and technology controls. It is optimised for fast insight and is normally produced within two to three weeks.

Why Carry Out a Cyber Security Litmus Test?

We designed the Litmus Test for two key uses. Firstly, it can be used to provide independent assurance of an ongoing cyber security programme to check you are on the right path. Secondly, if you are currently unaware of your cyber security posture, it can be the crucial first step to understanding and reducing your cyber security risks.

Where significant findings are uncovered it can also be used to scope a Comprehensive Cyber Security Review, giving your organisation actionable mitigation plans for tackling cyber security issues.
